This policy covers the request form on this website and the call back that follows it.
The details the form asks for
Every form requires a name, a phone number, a ZIP code and the garage door service needed. Depending on the form, you can also add your city, the best time to call, an email address and a note about what the door is doing. The request also records which form and page it was sent from. No account is created.
How it is used
The details are used to call you back about the door, to price the job, and to pass the request to a contractor who works in your part of the Valley. That is the whole purpose.
The details are never sold
The details are not sold to data brokers and are not added to a marketing list for another trade. They are not used to call you about anything other than the door you asked about.
Who sees it
The request is seen by the people who answer the line and by the contractor who takes the job. A contractor receives the name, the phone number, the ZIP code, the city if given and the fault description, because that is what a call back needs. Forms are delivered through FormSubmit, an outside form service, to the inbox that receives requests.
How long it is kept
A request is kept while the job is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, so a question about the work can be answered. A request that goes nowhere is deleted.
Cookies and measurement
The website does not require an account. It uses WhatConverts, a lead tracking service: its script sets cookies and records which page, search engine or link brought you to the website, and attaches that to a form you send, so we know which pages bring requests.
Removal
To have a request removed, call the number on the contact page and say so. The request and its details are deleted, and the caller is told when it is done.
Changes
This policy changes when the way the form works changes. The version published here is the version in force.
