The standard
This website is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA as the working target. That covers text contrast, keyboard access, form labels, focus states and a page structure that reads in order.
What that means in practice
Every page has one main heading and a heading order that a screen reader can follow. The phone number is a link that a keyboard can reach. The form has a visible label on every field, and an error message that says what went wrong in plain words. Text is sized in a way that survives a browser zoom.
Known limits
The site carries no video and no audio, so there is nothing to caption or transcribe. A third party form service handles the request form, and its own accessibility is outside this website's control.
Reporting a barrier
If a page does not work with a screen reader, a keyboard or a zoom level, call the number below and say what happened. The page gets fixed, and the caller is told when it is done.
